Life is a Quilt Waiting to Happen
Each new block is wonderful. I really like block 8, those changing colour strips work well.
Very smart and sophisticated. Love how this is turning out!
Thanks so much Hilary.
I'm sure it looks a 1000X's better in person, but believe me, it looks awesome from here! You have a great eye for putting color together! I wish I was that good, but I know it when I see it!
Luscious blocks, so beautiful! Love the backing fabrics too!
Hallo Marianne,Oh, I love your blog. You make such wonderful quilts. So colorful. Simply beautiful.Greetings from GermanyKathrin
This quilt is going to be absolutely splendiferous! All the lines and shapes you have pieced are creating such an interesting design...and your quilting designs add yet another layer of complexity. When using plain fabrics, as opposed to prints, the piecing and quilting designs are so much more obvious
Thanks so much Judy.
The set in circles are so brilliant and I love all of the intersecting lines. Beautiful work as always, Marianne.
This is spectacular! I love, love shot cottons! Try needle turn appliqué with them sometime!
