Sooo Very Addictive

Once I get started, it's hard to stop....but tomorrow, it's back to the cold. So, I thought I would spend a few hours sewing, since I'm not into football the way a certain other member of my family is.

I'll be leaving this project behind, as I go back to Alberta.....it will be waiting for me when I come back, after Quilt Con.

Yes, I'm going...I better find a picture of myself and think of five things you don't know about me...that could be tough.

  1. The quilting is beautiful, as is the whole project. It is not that cold here this coming week, it is not a bad time to return.

  6. I love this look!! Your quilt is really gorgeous, you have such an eye for color. I have a question though. I am making a puzzle box quilt with 10" squares and I want to put 5x5 sections of blocks together and spiral QAYG. But I don't want to use any sashing or strips to join the sections. Do you have any ideas or tips on QAYG without using sashing or strips?
Thanks and I look forward to seeing your completed quilt.

    1. Thanks so much. If you go to my Flickr Group..QAYG Unstitched at http://www.flickr.com/groups/howtoqayg/ There is a list of a few other tutorials you might like to check out using this method. Wendy Hill works that way, you might want to check out her work. I hope that helps.

  8. I love this! With Easter coming up, it kinda reminds me of giant Easter eggs:) You put colors together so amazingly. I'm jealous of that!
